Judge delays state takeover for schools decision

A judge has delayed a decision to stop eight schools in East Baton Rouge Parish from being taken over by the state The delay comes because of a lawsuit filed against the state Department of Education News 2 s Dana Hackett reports on how the judge found it hard to make a decision
