Claims Dismissed in Vioxx Case in Texas Court

Merck MRK announced today a district court judge in Texas dismissed all claims in a state Vioxx-related lawsuit The case was filed in 2005 by the Texas Attorney General s office seeking damages from Merck for allegedly violating the Texas Medicaid Fraud Prevention Act
